Please find below our guidance regarding photo shoot attendance. Our guidance has been produced in line with current guidance and is updated as new protocols are introduced, please take note of the below and help us keep everyone working safely.
Stay at home if you any have coronavirus symptoms
Main symptoms
The main symptoms of coronavirus are:
- a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
- a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
- a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
Most people with coronavirus have at least 1 of these symptoms.
What to do if you have symptoms
If you have any of the main symptoms of coronavirus:
- Get a test to check if you have coronavirus as soon as possible.
- You and anyone you live with should stay at home and not have visitors until you get your test result – only leave your home to have a test.
Anyone in your support bubble should also stay at home if you have been in close contact with them since your symptoms started or during the 48 hours before they started.
Use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service if:
- you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
- your condition gets worse
- your symptoms do not get better after 7 days
Attending your shoot:
When arriving at our shoot please do not enter the building, please send a text message and we will send a reply as soon as we can inviting you to join us inside.
Please observe social distancing measures, we would ask you to please stay 2 metres apart at all times. Face masks are required to be work at all times apart from when your photo graphs are being taken and when stationary drinking in your waiting room.
- Adults must attend the shoot on their own, drivers etc. will need to wait in the car park – please do not park in the car park to the rear of the building this is private land. See parking map at the bottom of this page.
- We will provide individual waiting rooms called pods for artists, this is the space you wait in before, and during your shoot, it also acts as a changing room.
- Each holding waiting room or pod will have its own designated toilet and washroom.
- Our staff & photographers will be using personal protective equipment.
- Please arrive at your booked time, do not arrive early.
- The studios will have a one-way system in place to aid movement between your waiting room or pod, bathroom & photographic studio. The building will We also have a separate exit for these events. Please keep a safe 2m distance between other people in the building.
- We will have a strict limit on people in the building at one time.
- All studios will be kept well ventilated at all times, please make sure you have a jumper if the day is a chilly one!
- We will be increasing our cleaning frequency and sanitise waiting rooms and bathrooms after use.
- There will be a hand sanitising station upon entry, please make sure to use this.
- To aid social distancing, our paperwork will be sent online via DocuSign; please check junk and spam for these emails.
We would ask our clients to do a few things for us prior to arrival:
- Please wash your hands prior to leaving your home, if you have hand sanitiser please bring it with you.
- Please wear freshly laundered clothes, and we would also ask you to clean the changes of clothes you are bringing along to the shoot
- Please wear your face mask on entry to the studios.

Parking At Our Blackpool Studios
Please do not park on the car park to the rear of the studios as this is strictly prohibited by the owner. If in doubt do not drive through any open barrier. Ons street parking is free and available, plus we have a few spaces at the front of the studios.
